120 teams from companies, organisations and public authorities from in an around Cologne participated in this years Cologne company run. In total, 2700 people put on their running shoes for the second staging of the run.
The initial idea of the run was to create a sporting event for employees outside their daily work routine. The focus is on fun, not on competition. Participants could either walk or run six kilometres, while times were not measured.

Compared to last year, the number of participants doubled. This was also thanks to the Ford team who participated for the first time. 330 Ford employees took up the challenge, straightaway forming the largest of all participating groups. In high spirits and agreeable weather they ran and walked not only for their own health but also for a good cause.
