Filmmaker, Kaltrina talks about the voice in photography, the voice which gives life to still photographs and not only creates a motion picture but narratives that matter. She talks on the history of filmmaking in Kosovo because she believes it is important to know it in order to see how the early movie narratives have gradually evolved.
