In Afghanistan, three members of a Kabul family were killed when a rocket struck their home as they slept Monday night. Meanwhile, Germany has called for a quick investigation into Friday's NATO airstrike that an Afghan human rights organization said killed as many as 70 civilians in northern Afghanistan.
