GTA IV LCPDFR 1.0c Patrol #3 - LCPD (NYPD) Highway Patrol In A Crown Vic With Highrise Bar.

Here I am playing a modification for Grand Theft Auto 4 called LCPDFR which allows you to role play as a police officer or emergency worker in the virtual city of Liberty City which is based off of New York City. In This video I am using a LCPD (NYPD Scheme) Ford Crown Victoria Police car and looking for speeders on the highway. This model has the functional hirerise bars.
