Check out my channel for Martial Arts Videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/SakanLam Here is a video of my student, Patrick working on the pads. I haven't seen many videos of Kung Fu practitioners doing free-flow pad training, so I thought I would experiment with my students. A lot of it involves kickboxing elements, but I did my best to involve Kung Fu strikes like the twist-hit, hammer fist, and back fist. Other strikes like ridge hands and chops would probably require us to use MMA gloves. I'm welcome to any comments or suggestions. Thanks for watching! Shaolin Kung Fu Academy of Thailand
