By default there is no option to Schedule mails in Gmail, but you can do so with the help of a chrome extension named "Boomerang for Gmail".

First of all install the chrome extension from here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/boomerang-for-gmail/mdanidgdpmkimeiiojknlnekblgmpdll?hl=en

Once installed, Login to Gmail and click on Compose. Now you can see a difference right? You will see a Send Later button below the send button.

Now once you complete writing the mail, click on the send Later button and choose according when you to send. You can choose to send it after some particular time duration or simply enter the exact time here.
