Today’s Sea of Thieves PSA we cover how to sword parry sharks using the cutlass. Just knowing that it is possible to sword block a shark is half the battle the other part is getting it to work consistently.

I honestly struggled with getting the word block to work on the sharks in any sort of consistent manner. That said, it was really fun attempting to sword block sharks and trying to figure it out.

I have developed a fear of the water (in video games) over the years. There is always bad stuff or drowning involved in video games. In real life I have been a life guard, played water polo and was on the swim team but I get freaked out by things in the water. This was a tough video for me to make because I got jump scared by the sharks so many times.

I hope that you will take this knowledge and teste it out for yourself. Have fun with it and let me know if you figure out a trick to block the sharks with your word every time.
