Still in flu season and yes I'm about 12 days into one here. I'm using Jack3d and Afrin for this work out, lol. Nice head rush from the Afrin. Anyway, this is my second set. First set is the 60lbs db's on the ground. These I'm doing here at 65lbs. Can't wait until spring and cold season is over!
