The Boy Scouts of America has commissioned Strategic Plan Team 411 - Relevant and Dynamic Programming. 50 volunteers and 6 National Council staffers are reviewing, evaluating and proposing changes to the BSA advancement program from Tiger Cub to Eagle Scout. The goal is to honor tradition while updating Scouting to be relevant and exciting to the kids and young adults of today. Here is 411 Chairman Russ Hunsaker introducing the 411 work to 3,000 attendees at the BSA 2012 National Annual Meeting.
