Eight years ago, September 12th, 2003. The world lost a music icon. Johnny Cash. This is my yearly September video for Johnny Cash and it is different, not all songs are by Cash. The first one was written as a tribute to Cash from Joe Strummer, who sings the song. Called "Long Shadow" The third song was written by Mike Ness called "Ballad of a Lonely Man" it was supposed to appear on Ness' first solo album, "Cheating at Solitaire" as a duet with Johnny but unfortunately, Cash became ill and the recording never occurred. We still miss you, Johnny Cash.
