Recorded at the 5th annual Menucha Ukulele Bandcamp in Corbett Oregon, March 2015. I had the pleasure of leading this band of 20+ enthusiastic Ukesters in a three day immersion of Beatles music. We went deep! This performance kicked off the Menucha Bandcamp showcase where every teacher's ensemble played - to set the tone for the night I recited a poem/meditation instruction from a centuries old Tantric Yoga text...a life affirming meditation instruction for using the very act of playing music to connect with Universal Consciousness. Try it out...there is no wrong way...see what happens! Special thanks to the very talented and kind Matt Weiner (Upright Bass) and Nova Karina Devonie (Accordian) More about the transformative power of the Radiance Sutras and other zesty, life affirming approaches to meditation can be found here: http://www.lorinroche.com and http://www.camillemaurine.com info/booking www.stufuchs.com #ukulelezen #stufuchs
