How should we deal with haters when even acknowledging their existence seems to play into their hands?  Here's a couple of suggestions from Mr Angry.

Does anybody even read this stuff?  If you do, I'm doing a live performance at an open mic night in a comedy club this week.  I'll be doing some stuff that I've already done in a video but I haven't decided which one.  I'm thinking some of the toilet rules stuff... toliet humour is universal.

Any suggestions?  BTW, I'm intending to video the performance so hopefully you'll get to see how it goes.
