Tally tire sequence

watch the lower side of the rim, the tire peels back at the peak of the turn. At that same time i am experiencing a "dead" feeling in the steering wheel. Almost like i don't have power steering, but as soon as i let off the brake the steering returns. Watch my hands and you can see the steering wheel jerk a little when the steering comes back.
