Oswald is level 32/31 with a Mars Bangle equipped, hard difficulty. He's really easy to beat with Oswald. Odin is really slow so Oswald can jump over and attack him from behind most of the time. As always if you don't think you'll be able to dodge his attacks in time, stun him with Phozon Burst.
