This weeks TWIG (this week in gardening) is all over the place, as usual. I cut back and mulched my gingers ( hedychium and curcuma ) The Hedychium ( butterfly ginger ) ginger i talked about in the video is actually Hedychium 'Flaming Torch' not fiesta. So those and the Tropicanna cannas got snipped down and mulched! I hit up the parrot supply store to restock on food and toys then talked briefly about those. Later I put up some christmas lights on my winter planters which include: Holly 'Castle Spire' Wintergreen Euonymus chollipo Euonymus Silver king Cool wave pansies Lemon Coral Sedum Sweetbay Magnolia Helleberous Creeping Jenny Probably other things I am forgetting as well.
