If you are a lover of salty and sweet, prepare your taste buds to be overwhelmed with joy! Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 6 - 8 Special Equipment Used: Double Boiler Cooling Rack Aluminum Foil Wax Paper Wooden Skewers Ingredients: 1 - package of SSF Bacon 1 - 10 oz package of organic dark chocolate chips 2 - tbs of coconut oil 1.5 cups of water Preparation: Step 1 - Place 6 - 8 strips of bacon on the wooden skewers Step 2 - Bake the bacon in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, or the doneness of your liking Step 3 - Setup the double boiler, add the chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Keep stirring until all chocolate and the coconut oil has fully melted and no lumps remain Step 4 - Using a large spoon, grab a skewer and hold over the double boiler and scoop the chocolate over the bacon until fully coated. Please onto a wax paper covered plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the chocolate Serve and Enjoy!!! Chef's Tip: The coconut oil is added to help thin the chocolate so it's not so thick to work with. You can add some additional, no more than 1 more tablespoon, to help thin it out further if you desire Recipe by Thomas Miller from the Seven Sons Kitchen https://www.sevensons.net
