What I am doing is a religious water fast walking in the footsteps of Jesus for40 days and 40 nights. I’m also taking a scientific look at what happens to my body over time on a fast. Since this is a religious fast, I would not recommend this to anyone without the guidance of your physicians, faith and prayers.
