Racelogic have developed a method to reliably detect that the driver of a vehicle is using their phone, which will allow phone manufacturers to restrict the functions when driving. This will not affect any passengers in the vehicle. The idea is that Mobile Phone companies and car companies incorporate this technology in their products. [Patent pending].
