This is one of the nicest Maingards I've played, even if I couldn't play it well since it's a lefty. Probably the most challenging guitar for me to play, but still it responded really well and made be sound better left-handed than I deserved. The setup is perfect and the tone is just right. It is rare for us to have a world-class left-handed guitar arrived pre-owned. Most often we custom build for our lefty clientele. This guitar is simply beautiful, the African Blackwood and German Spruce combine for the sublime Maingard Tone.
