http://FacingFuture.TV/ - Here is Cathy Orlando of the Citizen's Climate Lobby sharing with us the first national adoption of the right way to price carbon, a 'fee and dividend' approach that shares the funds raised with this carbon fee with those who will need it most, the people with the least wealth and thus those upon whom the fee on carbon is the heaviest burden.  If Macron had taken this approach in France, there would not have been an uprising.  As he implemented the 'fee' without the 'dividend' it was seen for what it was, another tax on the poor and middle class that benefited the 1% richest who have the heaviest carbon footprint.
