Zach and Tom brewed a very interesting beer which Chip and I put to the test. Zach responded to some of our questions in the video: "Hey guys, glad you liked it. We call it a 'Milk Shake Sour', zero hops so it's not an IPA. This was a 5.5 gallon batch (not the best efficiency from this type of pale malt so far).Purposely cut it off at 1.020FG (prior to adding sugar/peaches) to give it some more body while keeping it low ABV. This was kettle soured with good-belly (lactobicillus plantarum), then fermented with WLP001 Cali Ale Yeast. The brown sugar, vanilla, peaches, and spices were added to the keg and beer was racked on top.

Let me know if you have anymore questions. Cheers!"
