I came up to NY from Tampa Fl on a small 5 day vacation  When I landed in Islip, the weather was about 60 degrees and mostly sunny.  The next 3 days it snowed we  had bad winter conditions through out those 3 days The day I went home to Tampa, it was sunny again...

You can clearly see Lake Ronkonkoma out the window just shortly after takeoff.
