New Azur Lane event, although not so new for JP. All new ships come from crafting or from the daily quest, or in Nep's case, if you have an HQ of lvl 15 This means the combat side of the event neither offers event tokens or event ships as drops. So there really isn't much point going into it in any detail. If people want I can add the combat data as a comment along with the drop data, but as I say in the video, it's nothing noteworthy. So, clearly the best solution is just to have some Hyperdimension Neptunia fun.
