This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. When someone hears the biomechanic expression – may think it is a strange science. Though if you have a break limbs or meet a friend who has a legbone break, you can see his leg was put in plaster as a fixing unit. This is a biomechanic solution because the bone needs a fix position for the bone-integration or remission, which can be managed by the plaster setting. Of course it is possible to make similar solutions to plaster-setting with other methodes. For example 3D Printing can create more strong fixing units with less weight, and wearing this 3D Printed fixing unit generates more comfort. These are the biomechanic things what we will talk about this session. Founder of Varinex Zrt., which was the first in starting 3d printing and fast prototype constraction. Their references include folding luxury suitcase designed for Porsche, and the scale modell of ’Balna’ entertainment building. They have also 3D printed for Volkswagen in Germany, and a prototype of hedge trimmer for BOSCH Power Tool Hungary. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
