Chicago apartment rental services are little regulated and many provide shoddy service or even a disservice to consumers. I sat down with Tim Brent, a veteran of the rental service business, to discuss some of the industry's problems and how they impact consumers. Brent is the proprietor of Chicago Apartments and Condos and, in my view, one of the good guys in the industry. In this final part of our wide-ranging interview Brent relates what he sees as the biggest problem in the industry from a consumer standpoint.
