The food and everything about the service was just incredible and I highly recommend it to all of you. Salt Bae is a nick name for Nusret Gökçe who is a turkish chef that owns this chain of turkish steak houses. His art of cooking and preparing meat became an internet sensation. He was dubbed "Salt Bae" because of his iconic way of sprinkling salt: letting salt to fall down on his forearm then spread on the meat. A video that was first posted to the chef’s Twitter account on Jan. 7 simply labeled “Ottoman steak” went viral and, as a result Gökçe, was dubbed “Salt Bae.” His video has been viewed over 10 million times on Instagram.
