UN report shows increase in casualties in 2013

A new UN report says 2013 was one of the deadliest years of the Afghanistan War for civilians. The report blames most of the bloodshed on improvised explosive devices, or 'IEDs', planted by anti-government fighters. Al Jazeera's Jane Ferguson reports from Kabul.
