The machine was in really good shape to begin with, so I didn't feel I needed to do a "before" video. See the video for details, but here's all what I did... -) Original HDD was bad. Installed a new CFC -) Boards were filthy. Cleaned them up -) New power supply -) Rebuilt the monitor (cap kit/flyback/reflow) -) Cleaned up the control panel. Someone spilled soda and it got under the lexan and inside the buttons. Disassembled the whole panel, cleaned it all up, installed new microswitches for the buttons and rebuilt the 49-way sticks. -) Gave the entire cabinet a good cleaning inside and out and touched up any areas that needed it. That's about it.
