July 8 (Bloomberg) -- Kevin Book, managing director at ClearView Energy Partners LLC, discusses today's federal appeals court hearing over the deep-water drilling moratorium in New Orleans. The government is seeking to delay an order by U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman that scrapped a six-month drilling moratorium, imposed May 27 after the explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig.
