And now it's time for the NX Standard variant of the FAMAS family, the FAMAS G2! Normally, from variant to variant, the stats change but the overall feel of the guns stay similar, like from the FAMAS to the FAMAS SE. But not so for the FAMAS SE to the FAMAS G2 - all stats stay the same, but the trivial stuff - Reload animation, sprint animation - differ slightly. I will only discuss actual differences here.

Recoil Spread: Spreads noticeably outwards slower than the FAMAS and FAMAS SE. This is because of its integrated S3 silencer, which also centers the bullets on the G2 more so than the SE does.
Recoil Kickback: Whatever kickback there was on the SE is now virtually gone
Sprint Drawback: Sprinting animation altered slightly
Center Speed: Still retains the insane center speed characteristic of FAMAS variants
Reload Speed: Barely faster than the original FAMAS, slightly altered reload animation
Key Physical Characteristics: Same FAMAS body, has the NX sight RDS and integrated S3 silencer
Muzzle Noise: Specially integrated silencer on G2 is identical to the SOPMOD's muzzle noise
Attachment Options: Magazine modifications only. Comes with integrated Red Dot Sight and S3 Silencer. Note that the S3 Silencer, although it cannot completely conceal your muzzle flash, does have a lower damage reduction, just like the M4A1 SOPMOD's silencer.
Frank Personal Opinions: It's a toss-up between the G2 and the SE. The SE is noticeably more powerful because of the fact that it doesn't have an integrated silencer, but at the same time, the G2's silencer reduces the FAMAS's already low recoil even further, and its integrated RDS is surprisingly good at tapfiring for what it is. To add to the mind-wrenching pain of making a decision to choose between the two, their stats are exactly the same. So it's now up to you whether you like the SE or the G2 better. Overall, though, both are very good assault rifles, both in their own ways.
