Hello all! Hope you're having a fantastic week. I've been looking forward to sharing this cover with you! This new Selena single is very much a dance/club song, but the first time I heard it (and every time after that) all I could hear was the rawness in the lyrics. The premise of the song was so sad and relatable to me that I immediately went home and fixed up this version for you - performing the beautiful song the way I hear it in my head. You know how I love making songs different so I hope you enjoy it! Oh yeah, and it decided to be summer in February so I decided my back porch could be a recording studio. I forgot the words at some point and my overdub was pretty obvious. so. it happens. #OwningUpToIt
