Wilbur is one of the 4 feral dogs rescued from a hoarding situation in N.C. He has never willingly come up to a human for affection. Today, we made major progress with the help of our gentle resident Stormy. By the end of the day, Wilbur had let 4 of us give him a little love. The video shows Tracey touching him for the first time. www.dogsdeservebetter.org
