Hindalco has released the results of the shareholders' vote at its last AGM and 91.6% of shareholders have voted in favour of Kumar Mangalam Birla's reappointment as the Director of the company. But, 18.6% of public institutional shareholders vote against the move. Kevin Lee reports.
