The Attorney General has revealed that one Samuel Dogbe was behind the fire that razed down the Central Medical Stores at Tema, in January 2015.

The report by the committee that investigated the incident also stated that the fire was an arson attack.

The 12 officials of the CMS have also been named as suspects.
