Judgment in the Moyane case reserved

Judgment has been reserved in the case to have former SARS Commissioner, Tom Moyane reinstated and to interdict the appointment of a new commissioner. Judge Hans Fabricius says he will give judgment with reasons before the end of next week. Moyane took the matter to the North Gauteng High court in Pretoria after he lost his bid to have his case heard by the Constitutional Court. And he lost again today when Judge Hans Fabricius reject his application to have Judge Nugent's lawyer, advocate Wim Trengove, recuse himself over an alleged conflict of interest.
