Still needs improving but i think the idea is there. Basically its what i like to call Urban Ninja Movement. I learnt this about 4 weeks ago, its between 2 solid bars. Swing Gainer Swing Gainer ( i think thats the right name for it lol ) It was performed at our Parkour Park in Basingstoke. Really shaping up to be a great training area covering all the basics of Parkour / Free Running.
