http://video.news.sky.com/skynews/video/. Gordon Brown refused to press Libya for compensation for IRA bomb victims, because the government did not want to upset relations with Gaddafi's regime. That's according to a letter the Prime Minister wrote to the victims' lawyer, saying that it was important to ensure Libya's co-operation in the war on terror. It has also emerged that Libya paid three doctors to examine the Lockerbie bomber - although Scotland has denied that their evidence was taken into account when he was freed.
