I LOOOVE sharing Dance Choreography but I basically love almost ANYTHING Fitness related especially when I can take it outside! When I first started my channel I said I would eventually do outside bootcamps but in my mind I never felt "fit" enough (true story) even though I was a "Fitness Instructor" I am still working towards my goal but why not do it together right? I wouldn't be sharing with integrity if I only posted when I had abs! Besides, we had so much fun with this one!
