DPRK, ROK hold first formal dialogue since 2015

ROK says the DPRK has agreed to send a delegation, including athletes, cheerleaders and journalists, to the Winter Olympics next month in ROK. The announcement comes after high-level government officials from the DPRK and ROK held their first meeting at the truce village of Panmunjom in more than two years. Shane Hahm reports.
