I realize the tone of this video seems very negative but frankly this organization deserves it.  It really is a shame what has happened to the Raiders over the past decade, especially considering they continue to make moronic acquisitions and hand out bad contracts to unworthy players.  There's always hope, or maybe the team does just need to move to LA and start afresh.

Also I forgot in the video to point out that the Raiders do not have a 2nd round pick due to the Carson Palmer trade.
