Colour change used in chemical valuation, the indicator fenolftalein is pink in basic suspension, we add hydrocloric acid and at the point the solution becomes neutral the indicator is transparent.

This way you can calculate how much base there was in the solution making a relation with the ammount of acid used.

Cambio de color utilizado en la valoración química, el indicador fenolftaleína es rosa en suspensión básica, añadimos ácido clorídrico y en el punto en que se hace neutra la disolución, se hace transparente.

De este modo puedes calcular la cantidad de base que había en la disolución, relacionándolo con el ácido que se ha usado.
