Filmed this video on the 3rd week of April in North Ayrshire.Looked more like mid -winter .Very heavy rain with single digit temps and gale force winds. The fields on both sides of the road are still brown - Not a blade of grass. This is by far the worst spring i can remember.Fodder supplies are dwindling fast.To make matters worse it seems likely that milk buyers are going to slash the milk price by 2ppl this month according to milk industry expert Ian Potter who was interviewed on the radio yesterday by a BBC journalist. The problem is that greedy supermarkets are refusing to pay any more for cheese.Their profit margin on cheese is a massive 50%
