This is a nice puzzle in the same vein as "Risque Repetition Puzzle" by Ben10do. You have to go through the same sequence multiple times with different items in order to progress. The last time you go through the sequence allows you to kill the bomb and preserve the vine blocks. This allows you to climb up on top to reach the end.
