Can't Solder? Neither Can I. When I Wanted To Connect My Own Sections Of Heat Tape, Into My Custom Built Rack. I Wanted To Run All 6 Pieces In Parallel & End Up With One Plug In To Go Into My Thermostat. I Know The Company I Order My Heat Tape From Will Connect The Pieces For Me, At No Extra Charge But, I Just Like Doing Things Myself, The Least Expensive Way. That's Why I Built My Own Snake Rack. Anyway, Supplies From The Tandy Shop Was $5 for a bag of 100 1/4" Eyelets & $8.99 For The Eyelet Setter. I Had Everything Else, Including The 1/4" Ring Terminals. I Hooked Up A 12" Section Of 6" Wide Tape To Test My Connection. 30 Minutes Later, No Electrical Shocks, From Handling The Ends & The Tape Was Running 108.8°. Hope This Helps Others That Can't Solder Worth A Damn Either!
