Jamal was my beloved fiancee, but he was also a gentle human being, a loving man, a journalist and a true believer in democracy and freedom in the Arab world, let's demand justice for Jamal and stand up for his ideals."
Saudi Arabia's narrative surrounding the circumstances of Khashoggi's death has changed significantly over the past few weeks.
After initially denying allegations that Khashoggi never left the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Riyadh later admitted that the journalist was killed inside the building - but has still made no mention of where his body is.
