In a statement provided to VideoGamer.com, a Konami representative said: "Konami Digital Entertainment, including Mr. Kojima, will CONTINUE to develop and support Metal Gear products. Please look forward to future announcements." Rumours of Kojima's departure appeared on Reddit earlier today after it was discovered that Kojima Productions' logos had been removed from the Metal Gear Solid website. Kojima Productions' website also redirects to Konami's Metal Gear Solid portal. The representative declined to comment further when asked about the changes made to the developer's website.
