A mate asked me how do I create content so easily...

I went to answer it, then thought, rather than explain my content structure I'd show it to him.

This video took me 30 seconds to film and 2 minutes to edit.

Putting it simply this structure just plain old works.

Film basic footage, mute it, speed it up, layer a song over it, and splice your core message  throughout.

Using this format you can make any  footage look great and documenting becomes super easy.
