Semen Lomasov is just 16 years old, but already has a rating of 2517. He beat Aryan Chopra on the top board, in the fourth round of the World Youth Olympiad 2017. His win gave Russia a 3-1 victory over India. In this video he shares with IM Sagar Shah his thoughts about the game. Particularly impressive is the way he shows some deep bit of calculation and practical thinking. A must watch for all French Defence players!
