After leaving he began to walk and came across an unlocked SUV and trailer. McGee got inside and drove it away before jack knifing the trailer on a nearby driveway. Residents called the police, and McGee was breathalyzed and arrested after being found to be twice the legal limit. He was later charged with drunken driving and suspicion of felony grand theft
