Court resets arraignment of Customs broker Mark Taguba

The National Bureau of Investigation is ordered to explain it's failure to deliver Taguba to the local jail as directed by the court last week. Meanwhile, the Manila Regional Trial Court has postponed the arraignment of Customs broker Mark Taguba for the drug smuggling case in relation to the P6.4-B shabu shipment.
